The aim for our Early Childhood Program is to develop a sense of independence for children ages 4 months through 2 years old.
Through hands-on, imaginative, constructive activities, the children are encouraged to become curious, self-confident and active participants in their learning. A safe, loving and nurturing environment promotes and develops trusting relationships between the children, the staff, and their peers. Positive classroom interactions promote and facilitate the communication of the children’s’ needs, conflicts, and ideas.
The wide variety of activities and play experiences help to promote sensory, physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth. The gym, outdoor garden and playground are part of the daily routine and are an integral part of the curriculum as a source of learning and a resource for large motor development. Napping and resting areas are available in each classroom.
